Refund Policy

We like to think that once you’ve experienced the Great Guns adventure, you won’t be looking for a way out! But hey, we get it—sometimes things go awry, and when that happens, we’ve got your back.

Our 30-Day Refund Policy


Most of our awesome products are eligible for our 30-day refund policy, because, let’s face it, if your Great Guns coffee doesn’t give you the kick it promised or your t-shirt doesn’t look as bold as it should, we want to fix that!

If your product arrives faulty or damaged (and by damaged, we don’t mean “it looked at you funny”), just shoot us an email with photographic proof, and we’ll handle the rest.

Here’s how to claim your refund:

Email us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and pictures showing the fault or damage.Make sure the product is still within our 30-day timeframe from the date of delivery.Remember, we do not offer refunds for changing your mind or deciding your Great Guns gear is too edgy for your kitchen table chats.

Important Notes:

Items eligible for refunds must be either faulty or damaged—accidental coffee spills or realizing that high-caffeine blend keeps you up at night won’t cut it!Photographic evidence is a must, so don’t be shy with those close-up shots of the defect. Sale items are a no-go for refunds. If you scored a deal, well, you’re stuck with it—no refunds on discounted items.Perishables like our killer coffee blends aren’t refundable. No, we don’t want that half-finished bag of beans back, thanks!

Non-Refundable Items:


We love ya, but there are some things we just can’t take back:

Gift cards (because, seriously, they’re already the best gift)Downloadable goodies (software, digital content)Used books or music (opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, etc.)Health and personal care items (trust us, you don’t want those returned either!)

Refund Process (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected (yep, we actually do look at these things), we’ll send you an email to let you know if it’s approved. If all’s good, you’ll see your refund hit your credit card or original payment method in a few days.

If it’s been a while and you haven’t seen the cash, don’t panic—check with your bank or card company first. They’re probably just taking their sweet time.

Exchanges (if applicable):


If your item is defective or damaged (but you still want that Great Guns flair in your life), we’ll replace it for you. Just email us at [email protected], and we’ll get it sorted.

Gifts:


If you received a Great Guns gift that was sent directly to you, we’ve got a great solution—return the item, and we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the gift giver sent it to themselves first, though, we’ll have to refund them (and your secret return won’t stay so secret).
